The U.S. History teacher has been shot to death during his prep period inside his locked classroom. What do the coroner's people and the police forensic people do when they come to the high school? The detectives are already on site and have begun interviewing the teachers on the floor where the crime occurred.

They take photos, videos, check for fingerprints (depending on the scene), remove the body, gather up any physical evidence and take it to the crime lab (anything with blood, etc)

See if there is video of him arriving, coming in the building , talking to anyone. Get his cell records of who he spoke with that day. See if he has any issues with other employees or students. See what his wife / significant other has to say.
