    Question Writer's question

Were published police blotters common in 1998? How were police blotters or Sheriff's daily logs accessed, on-line or in-person in 1998?

Wattesa, first off, Welcome to RP from the Florida Panhandle!

Secondly, if you're asking these questions as a writer, we actually have a sub-forum called, appropriately enough, "Writers' Questions" where we like our aspiring writers to post their questions not having to do with real life. I'll move your thread there so it gets the attention it deserves.

Thirdly, we'd know a bit more about you, like the fact that you're a writer, if you went to our New Member Introductions forum and started a thread telling us about yourself.
