Big,
Congratulations, and I don't mean to steal your thunder in saying this, but I have to ask if you've graduated from a police academy and "certified"? Reason I have to ask is your username implies you are a LEO, and while being sworn in is the first step to being one, our site rules require that one actually be academy-trained to have a username with "fiveo" or other terms that imply their are an active, certified LEO. If you are not an academy graduate, please provide an alternative username for us to change your account to (and you can certainly change it back to "Bigfiveo" after you've graduated). If you are an academy graduate and certified by a state or the federal gov't, please see the details below in my signature block about getting LEO verified.
Regarding your question about school district officers, I know we've had some university cops here, but not sure about public school districts.

Peace is not the absence of conflict, but the presence of justice.
My new hero!
I graduated from academy in june(independent academy at a local college- for 9 months). Was hired at an agency part time in October. Was a sworn officer there, but did not get to do alot due to staffing. I worked there but applied for full elsewhere because they did not have full time open, butbwas indeed a sworn, certified officer. Finally secured a full time position. Start tomorrow.
Congratulations!
Public Safety Dispatcher
Thanks bro.

I understand. I mean no disrespect to this great profession. I never meant to offend anyone
No disrespect or offense taken, but I've already made you aware of the site rules, so for the third time now please follow up accordingly by getting verified (also, by getting LEO verified you'll have access to our LE-restricted forums on this site). I'll give you until the end of the week to initiate the verification process, but after that I'll have to insist a username change until you decide to get verified. Thanks.
