Possible Harassment Charge?

I have been told that my ex-friends ex-boyfriend has filled out the papers to file harassment charges against both of us. For hers i do not know what he has against her. But for me he has some texts that i sent calling him a mother f***** and telling him that she no longer wished to speak to him and to leave her alone. And if i remember correctly i said that if he did not i would kick his a**. What i would like to know is with what i called him and it only happening one night over an hour or two, is that grounds for him to file a harassment charge against me? If he does file, will i have to appear in court.
