It's probably up to us to be a bit circumspect with responses. Most supervisory questions are probably general enough to be valid across many employment situations.
Okay in plain English I'm trying to say that managing people is the same in most jobs.
I think if there are discussions on what might be called "command and control" or "field command" issues then it's up to the participants to be a bit discreet. But I think there's benefit in getting as many views as possible.Nothing to say - taking the Fifth.
