Security Officer in TN would like info.

I would like to add some strobes and a few other lights to be able to signal metro police(nashville) if/when the need rises. The reason I am looking into this is I had a situation occur the other night where it took the metro PD about 20 mins(after I called them) to find me and im looking to make it easier to find me.

and im seeking information on what "color" of lights would ok for me to have.

    Phil,

In all seriousness, if you need to signal the metro police, that's what a telephone is for. Decking your car out with amber or green lights (as red and blue are reserved for government-owned emergency vehicles) doesn't work like the Bat Signal.

Buy a flashlight with a strobe. It'll keep you out of trouble with the po-po re: colored lights.

Or get some military signal flares. :D
Of every one hundred men, ten should not even be here. Eighty are nothing but targets. Nine are real fighters, and we are lucky to have them, for they make the battle. Ah, but the One... One of them is a Warrior... He will bring the others back.

    "Wrong door, buddy!"

hmmmmmm ... IDK if the flares might get me in more trouble than "colored lights" as its fairly wooded(that and the fact that its alot of area is part of the reason i use my 4x4 suv) and pretty close to an interstate and I think its near a subdivision but not sure.
