First, youngsters predominately utilize the phrase "whatever" when they do not have the intelligence or vocabulary to respond in an adult manner.
Second, the phrase and "tone" is disrespectful.

The first was a legitimate question (given with no background on yourself or any introduction at all).
The second was a sarcastic reply to a moderator on the site who gave you good advice about the way things are done here.
And the last is the nonsense above.
Introduce yourself if you intend to stick around. Once you have done that, feel free to ask this again.
