For a first post, you are not off to a great start.
1.) You did not introduce yourself at all
2.) You replied to a thread that was last posted in more than 2 years ago, and
3.) What you DID post was poorly written (spelling and grammar) and not backed up with any facts to support the apparent anti-police position.
