    Kerry or Bush?

I am having some trouble deciding who to vote for this November. I am leaning more toward Bush but I feel like I am starting to get stuck in the middle of these two idiots. I dont know what to believe about these two. I like Bush's kick butt attitude but he can be a babbling idiot. Is it worth having someone in office like that? Im mean you could throw me up there on the podium and I probably could do just as well. On the other hand, Kerry seems to be a little fruity to me. I think hes going to get taken advantage of if hes in office. But Kerry's approach might be better. He seems to be a little bit more about butter than guns. Most LEO that I have come into contact with dispise Kerry. Is there something I am not seeing or am unaware of. Whats some of your guys opinion on the manner. Maybe you can pursuade me. Sorry if this is confusing. I am just trying to get a LEO's opinion on the matter. How will these two affect me when some day I am a LEO? I thought this might be a good topic???? Maybe not.

Let's see...Will you have a job? Won't you have a job? Will you carry a gun with that job? Won't you be allowed to carry a gun with that job?

Seems like a real hard decision to me. LOL Not everyone can speak well in public. Doesn't mean they can't do the job.

Don't get me wrong, you are supposed to weigh the two. I just don't think public speaking is really something to put in the con column. That's all.

LOL Yes, but it honestly doesn't matter. I was examining the issues you brought up.

I am sure that they are not the only ones that need to be examined. Im just trying to broaden my horizons. I wouldn't say that my eyes are glued to CSPAN LOL but Id like to explore my options and see who would be the better of the two. Thanks for you opinion. I didnt know Kerry was a little girly man LOL and trying to take away our guns.

You are in the middle now, after the last few weeks of Kerry disagreeing with himself?

I can see Joe Blow Citizen being in the middle 6 months ago, but now?

    Vote for Bush.

I would rather be known as the ******* Americans, rather then the Stupid Americans (Klinton Era)

As for President Bush messing up his statements every now and then, I think it's more the way he says things. Granted, he has had a few whoopsies, but for the most part I understand what he says when the media jump on him for saying something they don't get. I sit there and go "what's the problem? I get what he's saying."

As for me, I'd rather have someone that I know where he stands than someone who makes who mistakes a breakfast food for stances and policy decisions.

It's not so much the fact that Bush is a hopeless public speaker but if you watch him closely you can see there's not much going on behind the eyes. When he's delivering a prepared speech his voice betrays his non-understanding of what he is actually saying. That's why debates are a great idea - if they are unscripted and unrehearsed they test the participants. Anyone - well amost anyone - can deliver a prepared speech. Standing up in front of a group of experts without knowledge of what is to be asked is a real test of any candidate.
Nothing to say - taking the Fifth.

I'll be sure to take note next time I hear he's going to be in a debate that is televised here - and I will bring an open mind (I might have to borrow someone else's but I will definitely bring an open mind )

I have to say with looking at Mr. Bush's history with the Economy, Social Security, Medicare, education and other issues that he had placed as his action items from the last election that his administration has left a lot that has not been completed. I would like to see a list of item that he said he would accomplish, and what has been accomplished.

As we look at the National Deficit is continues to grow and the tax cuts that we have seen are not having an effect on creating more higher paying jobs and currently the jobs that are being created do not compare with the jobs that were lost in the last four years.

As for a political ads... I'm tired of hearing how George W didn't complete is military duty or of John Kerry didn't earn their medals. As far as I'm concerned both of them earned what they've been awarded.

One area that I do have a comment about is how they are saying John Kerry flip-flopped his votes in the Senate. I would rather have a person who will look at a bill and vote Yes or No based on the content of the bill and not the title or based on political affiliation.

For me, being very close to undecited, I think I will vote for John Kerry.
