Does anyone know anything about this academy and how it's set up and how rigorous the pt is? Any advice on what to expect would be appreciated. Thanks

Won't they tell you? Try a phone call or at least an email asking for information about their program.
Apparently, I'm supposed to be more angry about what Mitt Romney does with his money than what Barack & Michelle Obama do with mine

So are you in shape at all ?
A lot of PD's use the Cooper Standards.
1.5 mi run . 300 meter run . situps in a minute and a bench press based upon a percentage of your bodyweight. Also you age and gender factor in.

Yes I went there and have the info for the pt test to get into the academy but I was wondering if anyone knew what the training and pt was like on a daily basis. I asked while I was there but they were very vague. I lift weights, do some cardio and have been in Brazilian jiu jitsu for many years so I'm in pretty good shape I just wanted any inside info on the place that I could get. Thanks
I attend sjrcc for nursing and they are very vague...... Ask to setup an appt with the instructor if possible so that you can know what to expect but honestly expect to work your butt off ...atleast you will be attending their best campus.
