Active Shooter training variations

Every department trains their officers in case of the feared Active Shooter scenario. Our department trains using the 4 man [LAW ENFORCEMENT TACTICS REMOVED BY JOEYD] and we train with airsoft guns to simulate accuracy and it allows the officers to simulate getting shot should they miss a suspect. The most common Active Shooter scenario we train for is the [LAW ENFORCEMENT TACTICS REMOVED BY JOEYD]

How do other departments train their officers and what kind of tools do you guys use?
And what kind of scenarios do you train for?
