If anyone is (or was) a member of the National Tactical Officer's Association (NTOA), then I was wondering if you have the "Tactical Edge" journal for Spring '88? If so, I was looking to purchase that issue, or an image scan / copy of a certain article. Will pay handsomely as this is impossible to find!
