New Entry Vest for sale or trade

Hey guys,
I won this vest in a raffle, and am not going to be able to put it to use. My department issues all our gear, and I don't see a need for two entry vests. It is still brand new in the box awaiting its first call-out! I only removed it to take the photos.

Here are the specs:
-- Solid front and rear panels
-- Threat level IIIA
-- Full ballistic collar for neck & throat protection
-- Pull down ballistic groin protection
-- Full shoulder ballistic protection
-- Heavy duty rear drag strap
-- Rifle Butt stop system with adjustable butt pad for right and left handed operators
-- Overlapping sides for variation in girth
-- Adjust at the shoulders for variations in length
-- Adjusts at rear, so buckles and straps remain out of the way, yet accessible for quick removal
-- Extra large (removable) POLICE lettering on front, back and sleeves
-- Made of Kevlar 129 and Twaron (NOT the controversial "Zylon" in the news a couple of years ago)

This vest sells for over $1500 in its base form, then gets more expensive when other options like shoulder and groin protection is added. (Mine includes these extra items.)

As for a price I really don't know how much to ask. Most SWAT guys I know don't have an extra $1700 to throw around, so I was thinking maybe a trade of some sort? Surely someone has a nice flat top AR or a high quality pistol they'd swap. Of course I'd always entertain any reasonable offer as well!
