My best friends cousin didn't pull over but finaly did. Got out cell phone in hand. Cops murdered him. Was around 70-80 shots fired i think it was and 9 hit him i think it was. And the cops managed to do lots of damage to buildings and also shoot a illigal drunk mexican 2 times in the prosses. Is that bs or what?

In general, lot's of police shooting at the same thing is a justified shooting. They all saw the same thing and decided to fire. Ten police officer and only one officer shoots a single round would be more likely to raise my radar than all ten firing 100 rds..
I don't understand the obsession with bullet count.
