Just based on what little info we know about you, that you are a self proclaimed "thug." Thus you appear to already have a biased opinion.
Not to mention somebody who is a "straight thug" is a low life, with no morals who they themself behaves with brutality and a lack of concern of society. So they get special treatment from the police. Well deserved treatment.
And we don't do homework for any CUNY school on here. Do it yourself. Or better yet, just tell your teacher "I'm a straight thug and will get an A in your class or else." I am sure that will be more helpful to you than any response on here.-In God we trust. All others, put your hands on the car and don't move.

"Brutality" implies I've gone beyond that force which is required. Taht has never happened. I have always utilized proper force - it's just that some situations require more just force than others.
Plus, I believe in 'two for running'. Sorry - always will.
