Absolutely incredible. The officers did one heck of a job. I don't remember hearing about this incident but this video does a great job of making you feel like you were there.

Amazing video put together, and even more amazing, but thankful that the officer didn't suffer any serious injury. Lots of good can happen when you react quickly, and try to remember training. too bad didn't have the 2nd squad footage for more than that. A learning lesson for all.

I concur. Its amazing that there are probably departments that would cancel this. I'm getting the days off too. :D

Great self control from everyone involve.

This guy was definitely looking for a suicide by LEO.

I know for one thing sure that my supervisor would have called it off as soon as Green stated he was going trough Castle Heights school. I don't know if it was a street name or an actual school zone.

No Sgt at my Dept would have the balls to back it up if it was an actual school zone!:mad:
In our days... most supervisors are taking action to "protect" their back against public opinion.

I'm of the old days mentality... Good job guys!!!!

No supervisor would have called this off, in my area, as the guy had committed an armed robbery and shot at the police leaving the bank. We will chase them to the gates of hell for this type of activity.

Knowing these Arizona cowboys, someone from a chopper would have opened up on him if they had the air unit available. (Don't scoff, folks, they (DPS) did this in the Four Corners area a few years ago. And a DPS officer just emptied an AR-15 on a guy in my area during a pursuit a couple of weekends ago. :D)

That is what I like from USA Law enforcement... Most LEO have balls... US Citizens are most of the time backing up their police forces.

I can't say that Canadians have the same mentality....

Only time a pursuit is allowed to proceed regardless of safety to the general public and across borders around here is if the original reason was a forceable felony, in which case, it won't ever end till they end up either dead or in the back of a squad or ambulance.
