I'm looking for these patches to complete my 'home town & family' collection!

South New Castle Borough PD (Lawrence County) Pennsylvania GOT IT!!! 10 YEARS & 2 WEEKS!!!

I'm willing to trade HEAVILY for these patches.

Is it possible for anyone even to just let me see scans of them?

I've tried writing to them all quite a few times over the last 10 years with no replies.

The closest e-mail address I had for Loraine was of the Loraine City Secretary which came back as 'Retry timeout exceded-message undeliverable'
also a friend in Texas tried to phone them recently & found the number had been disconnected.

I also tried e-mailing neighbouring Departments asking if there were any collectors there who had one of the patches I'm after who could trade a patch to me, still no luck.

I've wrote, e-mailed & phoned everyone I can think of & came to a 'dead end'.

Time to give up I think.

Contact their city halls if your having problem. Some departments here in the US are not manned 24/7. From my google search these are podunk towns so thats what I assume your going to have to do

I'll try them all again through their City Hall's & let you know what happens.

Hi Dave, think the we both are at our death ends. You post for your patches since I post for the three missing Maryland patches in the different collector forums, I think.

Well it took me 5 years to track down a patch from Laura PD Ohio so I guess I'll just have to keep trying!

I've seen all your posts for your Maryland patches so I know how you feel.

If you have no luck with the city halls, try calling the sheriff's departments in those jurisdictions. Like someone already stated, if the offices are not manned 24 hours a day, that would be another way to get ahold of someone.

Unfortunately, I've already tried writing & e-mailing the County Sheriff's Offices many times.

Maybe they just dont like replying overseas! :confused:
