Police Patches: Large Trade List upon request

Hello. I just started collecting again after taking a five year break. I lost interest and did not have time to collect/trade while attending college. I recently purchased a collection off the family of a deceased Police chief and I am using the majority of that as my trade list. It is a pretty big list, if you are interested please message me . Attention Collectors: Beware. He has a reputation of being a dishonest trader. I personally know quite a few collectors that have been ripped off by Mr. Duffy in the past. (They would send patches and Mr. Duffy would not send any in return and would ignore emails.) He has been flagged as a "bad trader" by MANY members of the collecting community,

Ahh, this is the new story of Matt Duffy, after he was a cadet, a recruit, an officer, a chief...... Scranton was the dept. in PA he wanted to ba a cop with, istn't it?

Yeah, that sounds about right. He has made various claims and has ripped off collectors in the past (dating back to 2007.
