For what it's worth, the article said that the firing was upheld through arbitration, and that says more to me than anything else. If an independant third-party thinks the firing was okay, his litigation attempt at this point smacks of sensationalism, and a money grab. If not, why smear the profession (and organization) you wish to rejoin?
