    I have the Minotaur MTAC:

Get the slider version, as it is not tapered at the end of the barrel and accommodates other barrel lengths (like the G22). You can vary the cant and it's tuckable. Even when tucked, it conceals very well and only those who know I ALWAYS carry would know to look for a gun on my hip.

Comp Tac holsters with the leather for IWm are a knock-off of Cross-Breed Holtsers. If you want a holster like that, go with Cross-Breed.

Assuming Crossbreed was around first, I can see where one might call the Comp-Tac a knock-off. With that said, I have to say that there are some improvements on the Comp-Tac that I think make it worth the extra money. I like the fact that I can adjust the cant of the holster. Also, if I decide to go back to my Para 45, all I need to do is swap out the kydex shell on the holster (easily done myself with a hex wrench). Finally, I really like the c-clamps over the j-hooks (both of which are available for the Comp-Tac). I used the j-hooks on the tuckable Galco that I had years ago and once in a while, the belt could ride up over the top edge of the clamps. The c-clamps do a much better job of holding onto the belt.

FWIW, in my more administrative duties these last few years, I think I wear my Comp-tac more than my duty rig. It is the most comfortable holster I have ever had and besides a little discoloration of the leather, it is still as good as new in every other regard. It is a bit pricey, though. I will be the first to jump on guys who feel compelled to go out and buy a $30 holster for their $700 gun... I don't get that!

    Edited to add:
I am not sure about that Rhino holster. It's a decent, inexpensive holster, I guess. However, it goes back to skimping when securing an expensive gun. There seems to be no retention to it at all. I like to see tension screws on a holster at a minimum... even for an off-duty carry. Also, I prefer to err on the side of concealment and, while it might be more comfortable on the outside of your pants, I really like the increased concealability of IWB. Also, I rarely tuck my shirt in, but it is nice having the option without having to throw my gun on my ankle. I am a huge proponent of always carrying the same way (on my hip).

I like them both. The Comp Tac you put the pic of seems very "busy," like there is alot to it if that makes sense. Looks uncomfortable because of this but I'll take your word for it that it's not.

The Rhino holster looks simple and small, not to mention cheap. Switch made a good point though about retention as an issue.

Ahh decisions, decisions...And BTW switch my G27 was only 400 new with the LE discount :D

Fobus makes a cheap holster with retention. Not sure how practical it is for everyday use.
