The original Taser (TF-76) was cylindrical and looked like flashlight. Haven't found a pic though.
It looks similar to M18 (model just before m26c and I think they look similar. It's fitted with an Air TASER cartridge. Dunno.
Here's is other pic of m18.
It looks to me like differences between original M18 and advance M16/M26 include printing on the pistol grip. Not sure about other differences. It looks like this pic was taken just before or after name change from "AiR TASER" to "Taser International".
