    The cheapest is a bottle of 90% rubbing alcohol.
    It will do everything that neat disappearing jell will
    and you dont mind wasting it at 93 cents a bottle.
    On a clear night, I can see the other deputies emergency lights at least 10 miles away.
    But it isnt flat here LOL
