G&G Phoenix Nylon gear?

Does anyone have, or has anyone used the Gould & Goodrich Phoenix gear?

I like the looks of it and was thinking I might give it a try, but was looking for opinions on it first.
I would like to replace the random assortment of gear I currently have as its either falling apart, was cheaply made, or as in the case of one of my handcuff pouches, and my flashlight case, very hard to open the button, especially when you really need it.
