Help finding a certain handcuff case

I've been looking for something like the pouch shown here ( http://www.copsplus.com/prodnum2459.php ) but in plain leather. I found one that works w/ ASP cuffs and bought it, but the regular old fashioned S&W cuffs are way too loud in the pouch since they aren't as wide.

I've bought the pouch shown here ( http://www.copsplus.com/prodnum1543.php ) but received some feedback that sometimes the cuffs work their way out while running.

The only 2 catches are it has to be plain black leather and has to fit a 2.25" duty belt.

Any ideas? Someone has to make em, I think ..

I can look in the vault at work. Sometimes when people leave they leave thier stuff behind. I have some regular covered cuff cases but not sure about open top.

We were issued DeSantis gear at FLETC for off duty / plainclothes use. I've worn the holster, but never the cuff case.

Both say they will fit 2.25" belts and come in different styles.
