Just wanted to warn everyone about this website: (www.dtdistrubutors.com and www.policesupplyonline.com - both take you to the same site). Do not order from them. I placed an order on the 6th of December and here we are on the 26th and I have not received it. I emailed them and a "Kreshia Thompson" stated that my order was "Drop-Shipped" and that she would send me a ship date and a tracking number. I emailed her on the 17th and to this day she has not responded. I did a query on them ( including Kreshia's name)and found numerous complaints about this "Police Supply" site. They charge your account and don't deliver. Just a word to the wise! They also have another site called: www.magnumboot.com. This is only from my experience with them. Research it if you'd like.

I ordered a strion on the 8th of Dec. After several unanswered phone calls and two email, I finally received a response from Kreshia and my order FINALLY shipped, complete with a USP tracking number. She said the business was closed for two weeks during the holidays, and when she was back at work she responded to the most pressing orders first. Her arrogance did not impress me. I would also suggest you look elsewhere for your tools of the trade.

I've ordered from dtdistributors before and had no problems. I do remember that shipping was slow, but eventually the item showed up.

My package finally showed up 30 days after ordering it. They charged me extra shipping, never answered my emails and they shipped it to my billing address when I specifically stated I needed it in VA where I am currently at. Needless to say, I will never order from them again.

Glad to hear you actually got it. Not glad to hear about the extra shipping charge. What did they say that was for?? I'd dispute that extra shipping charge with your cc company, assuming you paid with a credit card.
