Nylon belt vs. fake leather nylon

I get a nice uniform allowance and as such would like to waste, I mean spend local taxpayers money properly. I have a traditional leather belt, which I dont use. I use the Uncle Mikes nylon Basketweave belt. Its good but Iam interested in the regular Mikes or Bianchi Nylon stuff.
Anyone have any comments on the regular nylon belts, good? Bad?

I wear the accumold elite. Looks like leather, lighter than nylon, and easy to keep clean/shiny. Having said that, it wasn't my first choice, but then again there are no choices, the sheriff's brother is a Bianchi sales rep.

The accumold elite is the most expensive gear that bianchi makes, I believe.

I was issued a nylon duty belt made by Uncle Mikes and it's worked well. Like others have said, after six months or so it started to fray. I'll probably need a new one in just a few years but it's much lighter than my originally issued leather duty belt.

I don't care for open top cuff cases. I wear my extra set of cuffs on a handcuff strap in the rear of my nylon duty belt.

To be honest, I think leather or the synthetic basketweave look better, but I have the Bianchi Accumold nylon for just about everything, and I love it. It's much sturdier that Uncle Mike's and maintains it's shapr. I got mine through Quartermaster LawPro at a better price than I could find anywhere else.
