I just got my first job as a police officer and I need help. My department requires me to buy all leather gear and a triple retention holster. Can anybody please point me into the right direction. Any information will help me. Thank you very much.

Safariland for the holster, the prices you find on this site are about the best you are going to come across. Are you restricted to leather or do they approve Nylon?

I would agree with Johninaustin, go for Safariland. They are reasonable prices and proven holsters. I love my holster with the rotating hood instead of thumbsnap.
