I need your opinion about a new video technology

My company is developing a mobile video system and we'd like to gather the opinions of people working law enforcement.

Our technology allows police to gather video FROM anywhere and deliver it TO anywhere. It uses a mobile video camera, which transmits a radio-frequency signal to our Receiver Unit which, in turn, transmits the video across the internet to secured websites.

Right now, many departments are looking at Wireless Video, which records video images and stores them for possible, later use.
Mobile Video, which we've developed, can record video but, more important, sends the video across the internet IN REAL TIME.

Our system could work with police department's squad-car laptops and cellular systems, and require only a transmitter camera and our EYE-View video-to-IP converter.

The advantage of Mobile Video is that officers could capture video at a crime scene (anywhere within, say, a thousand feet of a squad car) and send the video to computers back at the station, at the shift commander's office, or the prosecutor's office -- all depending on the police department's choice of use.

The questions I most frequently encounter is "can you encrypt the signal, or protect it from outside viewing?" and "could real-time video, across the internet, be admissable as evidence?"

I believe the answer to both questions is "yes," but I'd appreciate hearing from you -- particularly your questions and comments.

I want to believe that our Mobile Video could be a big help for police officers, and law enforcement in general, but I need feedback from professionals, and maybe the chance to conduct field tests.

Thanks for reading this note, especially if you can provide some feedback.
