TCLEOSE Study Guide?

Im currently employed as a detective with 11 years experience in New Orleans, La. Im in the process of challenging the Tx TCLEOSE test to gain my certification for employment in the Austin area.
I am unable to find any type of study guide or material other then the post objectives. Can anyone who has taken the test recently give me some guidance as to what to focus on. I would also be willing to purchase their no longer needed study material from their academy. Many thanks. PM Please

Hmm, its been 7 years since I took it. I do have one guy on my shift that is about two years out of the academy - I will get with him and see if he remembers anything about the test.

Hey Nola I graduated in '04 from the acadamy I have some good papers, one really, really, keep on down low paper that will help tremendously. I can fax it to you if you have a fax number available. PS dont focus on one thing the TCLEOSE tests all aspects, Civil, Parks and wildlife things you will never need to know. You really need to pay attn to MAY's and Shall's trust me this will help a lot.

Join this Yahoo group, the guy who made it has a lot of good relevant info there. I took the TCLEOSE test in Sept '05 and his info is right on with the stuff I saw on the test.

Im a former New Orleans Police Officer, I worked the 8th District and the 2 District. Im now living here in TX and in a police Academy with a large Department. We are preparing for the TCLEOSE test at the end of this month. yep..it was no joke. I barely passed..but hell its pass or fail, so im good to go. I personally rather take scantron tests on paper, so i can make notes and scratch stuff off as i go. I wasnt a big fan of the computerized test via computer and mouse as they offered.
