    Joining batlimore city fire department

    Will joining he bcfd help my chances of getting hired as a police officer down the road?

    No. The DUI rule is generally fast and hard. A department doesn't want nor need to take a chance with someone with a drinking problem. Only time will heal that issue.

    At the interview you'll probably get asked to explain how your previous work experience has begun to prepare you for the training and experience of policing. At that point you may be able to bring up FD experience if you think it is relevant. If you can't see how it will help, they probably won't either.

    course, the DWI questions will be more difficult to handle.

    Et109 what county do you patrol on the eastern shore? We have about 1500 acres and a cabin in wicomico county we deer hunt.
