Yes, chat is messed up. It shows more than 150 members in there when, in fact, NO ONE is in there. So, once in a while 1 or 2 people may make it in there, at which time it bogs down your whole system. More often than not, however, it just gives error messages about the chat being full.
None of those who care (the mods) can do a anything to fix it.
At least one administrator knows and the other one tends to be gone for months at a time. I am sure they will get to it someday.
