Very nice. My department would have my *** if we ever got infront of someone during a pursuit. But I see it was very effective.

We still will box them in sometimes, depending upon the circumstances. We're very fortunate to have a liberal pursuit policy that allows us to make our own decisions as long as we can justify our actions. Our department looks at our cruisers as just another piece of equipment and if they get damaged during a pursuit, it's just the cost of doing business.

Great job! If I did that my department would have my @ss. As soon as I called it in it would have been called off. It doesn't help our courts have decided we can be held civilly liable if the sh!trat kills or hurts himself or someone else. Their reasoning, we made them run by chasing them...........
