These people are so stupid. Once you are on foot and the police spot you, there is nothing you can do. YOU WILL GET CAUGHT.
It's not how fast you run, it's all tactical. Plus there is more police than you and all you will end up with is a good beating and being out of breath. You get caught, man up and take responsibility for being a dumbass.
