Ford should have revamped the crown vic beefed up the engine and kept the rear wheel drive. I think ford made a mistake by changing to that FWD/AWD Taurus. My agency is going with the Caprice in October.

With 100 more HP and some safety improvements the CV would be awesome. I'm not a big fan of the Ford Interceptor.

I would have thought blowers a better fit for fleet duty cars. And only as long as they looked at it as bonus HP, not needed HP. And if they fuel at at their own depots, nitrous might be the wisest choice as they can changeout cylinder during fueling.. Cooler engine, more HP and unnecessary for normal operations.
