First of all, how about an intro! You just throwing your questions out, like we are sitting here eagerly awaiting your arrival, is like walking into someone's house and just rattling off questions without introducing yourself. You wouldn't do that, so why do it on here. Had you taken a moment to check out the site, you would see that there are guidelines that direct you to do an introduction first.
Number 2, don't post the same question more than once. Pick a place and ask it once. Again, this is poor form.
Finally, I am a USMS fit instructor. Do an intro and maybe I will tell you how many inches the yardstick hangs over the box.
