Anyone have a good protein mix they are using that is low BCAAs or natural? I am not sure if many of you are having the same problems, but in my 2 years of protein mix, my hair is falling out like crazy. Research has said it shouldn't be doing this, but I hear lots of hair loss reports
I do Pro-complex, but I know that is at the high end of protein and BCAAs, but most Whey I see all have high BCAAs.
Any ideas so I still keep the little I have left :grin:

Whey, I think it's likely a combination of genetics and protein. The pro complex stuff may just get the testosterone levels too high for my body. The 2 years that I have been serious about protein and creatine I have noticed a decent loss of hair. Then again, i'll likely have very short hair for the rest of my life, so what does it matter :grin:
