I know many of you have been jonesing for an update. Stick with me here, people, it gets better at the end of this post.

Running 3 days a week, usually between 20 and 25 mins. The 20 min run is a constant speed for all 20, the 25min is 15 of steady running, then 10 of intervals just for laughs. The problem, though, is that it's not funny. It actually kind of sucks.

Added cable pulldowns and triceps exercises, and the DB curls are up to a MASSIVE 25lbs. Look out Arnold - I'm coming for your crown!

Added pushups on a wobble board - cake. Added this 'exercise' where i hold a cane in front of me like I'm gonna cross check somebody. The therapist stands in front of me and grabs the cane in the same manner. Then he trys to pull, push, and twist it out of my hands and I have to "resist". I put "resist" in quotes because I found that after I threw my therapist down his definition of "resist" is different than my own.

Today is the 3rd, a Tuesday. I found out this afternoon that I will go qualify with my weapon on Tuesday the 23rd, then will be cleared and return to work that night. That's right people - I'm goin' back to work in 3 weeks!!!!!!!
