I just wanted to say - I feel pretty damn good now. I cant quite stretch my arm straight over my head anymore - that is, I can raise it all the way up, I just cant STRETCH strainght up. IMO, no big loss. The flat-bench is still sufferin', but I'm slingin the DB's around, so all is good.
Anyway - thanks to all who gave a dam enough to ask and read all this. You ROCK!
