Tried Glucosamine/Chondrotin tabs and Animal Flex which is about the same thing plus a few more ingredients. The glucosamine tabs almost killed me as I nearly choked to death. The pills were like swallowing a nickel. The Animal Flex I'm undecided on, but it was a pain taking that many (eight) pills. Plus it got to be cost prohibitive.

Those Animal Paks (M-Stak, Test, Flex) are all overpriced and underdosed. Online supplement stores can usually get you a good cheap support. The "docs" say that glucosimine needs to be dosed at 1500mg and chondroitin at 800mg in 2 400mg doses to be effective.
