Been a good diet so far....

So Im working on joining the Army and have some weight dropping to do.

The recruiter has put me on this diet. I started it 2-days ago and have gone from 310 to 301.

    Day 1:

Breakfast: 1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Slice Toast, 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter. Black Coffee or Tea.

Lunch: 1/2 Cup Tuna (one regular size can), 1 slice toast. Black Coffee or Tea.

Dinner: 2 Slice of any type of meat (3oz), 1 cup string beans, 1 cup beets, 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream.

    Day 2:

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1/2 banana, 1 Slice Toast. Black Coffee or Green Tea.

Lunch: 1 Cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers.

Dinner: 2 hot dogs (no bun), 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.

    Day 3:

Breakfast: 5 Saltine crackers, 1 slice cheddar cheese. Black Coffee or Tea.

Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg. 1 Slice toast.

Dinner: 1 cup tuna (2 regular size cans), 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cantalope, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream.

You follow the diet for the three days and then eat regularly for four days, but eat reasonably. After the 4 days, you go back to the diet.

The diet works on the chemical breakdown of the food. You can use salt and pepper to season your food but nothing else (no mustard for the hot dogs).

Do not snack between the meals, eat your meals at one sitting (dont nibble on your crackers throughout the day between lunch and dinner). Do not skip out on any ingredients.

You may drink diet soda on this diet.

I have personally only consumed diet soda, coffee, and water.

Why no mustard? It's a fat free food.

Sheriff, we are coming for you.

No, I am not an expert, but I am a fat guy who likes to eat.

I dont know for sure, but I think the diet has little to do with fats and whatnot, its about a chemical breakdown of the food. The paperwork attached to the diet says only salt/pepper, no other stuff to season your food.
