My first Youtube video:
I argue on the internet.
It's still pretty banged up. I tell people, to put it in perpective, the grocery store I used to shop in, the laundry I took my suits and shirts to, the place I rented my movies, the West Marine store I went to, the liquor store I went to, the veterinarian we took our dog and cat's to, the attorney's office where I closed the loan on my house, the bank I went to, the Subway sandwich shop I went to, the optometrist I went to, the hardware store I went to, the Rite-Aid drug store I went to, the church I went to, the school my daughter went to, all of the restaurants I went to, the police station, the library, the city hall, my son's day care, the Yacht Club we belonged to, and about half of the houses, including ours, were simply wiped from the face of the earth.
Only about ten percent of that stuff is back. But, it's still a great place to live. If you ever come back, I'd love to take you around.
As long as I live, I'll never forget the people, especially law enforcement, who came down here to help.

Nice video JRT6! It look like you have been watching some Ross Enamait home workouts. That dude is a straight up animal...
Ross has really really made a change in my life when I thought that training again after arthritis was over. Here's my newest video and other than maybe a squat video soon those will be it for a while.
Anyone who would like to send me a rep on my videos would be cool. Only having one and two is like saying my wife and mom voted for me, which they did so...

Things are going good. I can now do multiple sets of the ab rolls depending on howfar I extend my head. My running is up to the point i can run at training zone pave and not feel like I was jogging. I even ran down an 18 year old pumk last nigh. My BW gas gone down another 10 for about a 20-22 total and at 6% or less I don't seen the bennifit of any lower. Lifting is holding but struggleing and needs the calories and recuperation back.

Just checking, has anyone, or does anyone know of someone that has gone through the Miami Dade SWAT school?
What kind of shape should you be in?
Metro Dade used Cooper's when they used to come up to Ohio.
I've lost 20lbs and I did the charity 5k in 24:? minutes. Everything else is the same and I think at my age my days of PR lifting records are well behind me.
Here's a photo of me screwing around for the camera. It's the first time I've seen my "six pack" in 20 years:

Is it too late to jump on board here? What exactly is the format here? I'm always looking to get my goals down and see if I can accomplish them.
We had a format and there weren't any takers but one. So the new format is make a goal, make it public, then post the result if so motivated when you achive it.
I'm allways up to a little one on one competition as long as it dosen't involve marathon running, suited up power lifting or any other totally dedicated individual sport.
