I tried it, I liked it, you will too!!

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health and maintain muscle mass.

If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.

Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

Good thing I only had to do it once. If I had to do it over and over I think it would've killed me!

Damn it. This exercise gave me carpal tunnel syndrome in my right hand. That's what I get for overdoing it the first day. I'm afraid I'll be on the bench for a few weeks. I guess I'll just do the beer part... :cool:
