Well, after a long day of detecting and deterring terrorist threats affecting the air transportation system (read - my butt glued to an airline seat for 8+hrs. :D), I decided to do the following:
20 pull ups
30 push ups
40 sit ups
50 squats
25 lb weight added to all exercises (just for a little added fun....not!!!)
x 5 rnds
Time: 39:15 -- which is pretty slow, but the added weight really started to hurt me by round 3!! The clown was kept in check, however....;)
I ran to my car today. It was about a third of a mile and only took me 10 minutes! Of course I only ran because it was frigging cold out! :D

Well, yesterday was another rough one. It's too bad a guy I often work out with was not there. He has standing orders that, shoudl I ever say anything like, "This one does not look too bad," he is to punch me in the mouth. I said that yesterday and it sucked!

O.k. I don't have a watch, but it took me about 15 minutes, just looking at the clock on the wall. And they only had those cardio steppers, and I have hurt my ankles too many time to be jumping up and down off of benches. :D
That's great, J! The jumps are as bad as you think. I have a bad ankle to. The real problem is getting tired and hitting your box/bench on the way up. I've done it a couple times. It makes for a funny fall. It doesn't hurt, you just look around to see who was watching. :D
...then again, I haven't fallen since moving to the tall box. LOL
