I may have to try a few of those exercises... but there are several that I wouldn't even bother with. Maybe, with a little coaching from Darin, someday...
BTW, at about 40 sec he is doing what crossfit calls muscle-ups. I can do them well, but I doubt I look as graceful as that guy! He also has a very close grip for them, which looks a bit ackward to me.Last edited by Switchback; 01-16-09 at 10:53 PM.

I am going with the Logistics of Thug music playing in the background and the wherewithal and cunning of using available structures to exercise when there are no other means by which to do it... just as they would do in the Joint. ;)

Impressive but probably not the best thing for your joints. I would surmise that equal gains can be had via more traditional routines that don't crush your joints into a fine powder.
