    New Years Resolutions

The month of January is always the worst at the gym. All these people make resolutions to get "back" into shape. When a lot of them look like they were never in shape to begin with.

The ones who make an honest attempt and actually inquire about the proper way to do it I don't mind. Its the other ones that get to me. The guys who come in and spend there entire time between flat bench and bicep curls. And spend more time socializing then lifting. They come in and don't use the locker room. They would rather just stack all of their stuff on a piece of equipment that they aren't using.

I don't have all day in there and it seems that these people do. They remind me of the people on the highway who slow down to look when there is something happening on the side of the road that cause unnecessary traffic.

O well come February everything will be back to normal.

That's why I don't belong to a gym (aside from the prices!) - I just got back from a 10 mile bike ride at an average speed of 13MPH. This is after 4 months of not riding. As far as a resolution? I don't have those, I have goals and I hope to meet mine by June. At that time I Will be the happiest Puerto Rican in California. :D

I go at 5 in the morning. I haven't been back since the New Year, but we will see what it is like tomorrow! With a new workout via our very own beloved crossfit mod.

Thinks to self..."I am going to look like such an idiot tomorrow!" :D

See Blue...this is another way! Make yourself look crazy. Then no one will talk to you!

Ya true...those ones are good too. I'll give them credit though. They've got the nicest workout clothes in the place.

Well, after the comment about the 10lbs weight... they would freak if I attempted Crossfit in there!! So I'm switching gyms, to a crossfit only gym.

I wish my gym had more some gym bunnies. Sometimes I feel like I am working out at a retirement home.
