The month of January is always the worst at the gym. All these people make resolutions to get "back" into shape. When a lot of them look like they were never in shape to begin with.
The ones who make an honest attempt and actually inquire about the proper way to do it I don't mind. Its the other ones that get to me. The guys who come in and spend there entire time between flat bench and bicep curls. And spend more time socializing then lifting. They come in and don't use the locker room. They would rather just stack all of their stuff on a piece of equipment that they aren't using.
I don't have all day in there and it seems that these people do. They remind me of the people on the highway who slow down to look when there is something happening on the side of the road that cause unnecessary traffic.
O well come February everything will be back to normal.
My personal favorite are the ones that sit down on a bike with a magazine and pedal at a speed that wouldn't even keep a real bike balanced.
