no thats not true. its only dangerous if im power lifting and if im not limiting my self but i am. i do lightweights and only workout every other day. trust me i did my research.

There are risk factors for a 14 year old. You don't need to shove whey protein down either. Unless you are lifting very heavy and plan to put a lot muscle mass on then drop the powder keg. I went from 171 after boot to 210 solid with nothing more than eating natural and lifting.
