I'm gonna be taking the danbury, ct agility test in a couple weeks and it say's 16.5 inches for the stretching portion...does anyone know what that mean? 16.5 inches from where? Thanks

typically I believe this is called a sit and reach test. measured on a yard stick. you are generally given 15 inches to the toes (or thats the benchmark i'm aware of), your extended reach past the toes is then added on. so 16.5 would equate to: a sit and reach 1.5 inches past your toes.
FTR....I can not attest to whether this is the standard utilized by the Danbury PD. It would behoove you to inquire to ascertain their exact method of measurement.;):D

Best times to stretch are before and after working out, and after getting out of the bath/shower. Warm muscles = easier to stretch.
