I know someone ask a question regarding leg exercises and I read that one, however the problem is that my lower leg muscles are getting defined really well, its my upper leg muscle that is or I should say has alot to be desired. I run and have recently been doing alot of weight leg lifting, but still it seems like my results are not great. Does anyone know of something that can target just your upper leg muscles?
