Just curious what everyone's age, height, weight, and one rep max is for core lifts. And also what lifting/conditioning program you are currently on.
Just trying to get a rough idea of where on the job people are at and where I would fit in. Thanks

I'm 5'10", 180 pounds.
I do five minutes of stretching, two minutes of rowing, 25 minutes of strength training, 30 minutes on the treadmill, and five minutes of stretching every day.
I usually wind up skipping dinner in order to get in my workout. We have 7-month-old triplets and I don't have time to do everything I need to do.

Let's see...Every morning I get up at 6 (after going to bed at 2:30...lol...*sigh*) and run 2 miles. I have my weight training/endurance training set up on a 3 day weight/2 day endurance-body mass/2 day off schedule. Monday and Friday are upper body training, Wednesday is lower body, Tuesday and Thursday is sit ups and pushups, and Saturday and Sunday is just the morning run, and then I sit around trying to catch up with myself...
I don't know my one rep max on anything anymore....I just focus on training, but since you brought it up I may have to see what I can find out...
Jeez mobrien, 7 month old triplets? I have a hard enough time with one 3 month old :p. The lady of the house is at work all day though while I try to get everything I need done..well...done...-_-.
Hope that helps some...

It's funny though, I don't look/feel 220lbs.

5'6" 165 , after 29 years of running...I just keep on doing what works for me. Last BP was 114/62 and at rest I can get my heart rate down to 42![]()

I try to hit the weights with a chest day & tricep day, back & bicep day, and a third day shoulders & some legs. I try to finish each day with 2-30 min of cardio. Finally, I try a 4th day of longer cardio (usually running or biking).
...and I think my 1 rep is somewhere around 350. It's been a little while since I have done it.

Been working out hard for 2 years now. Dropped my body fat 8% over the summer working landscaping, where i'd work 6:30-5(or 6:30), then go do heavy lifting 4 days a week for about an hour each (chest triceps and lower back along with some abs one day, then upper back biceps forearms and legs the next) switching the two routines every other workout.
Now i'm on a 4-5 days a week cardio for 45 minutes keeping my heart rate at 150-160, and for 3-4 days work out on mainly pushups and situps, but for the last day (when i do 4 days) i work on biceps forearms and legs. Have dropped over 8% body fat since i've been measuring.
I don't do one rep max for lifting, but i'll have to try it sometime next week. My goal for now is to get the lbs down.
28 years old. 5-11 and about 160-165lbs.
3 days a week I’m in the gym lifting. Instead of doing a split workout I do an all around weight set. Another 3 days a week it’s a 3 mile run (unless I’m stressing then I’ll run farther) followed up with Pilates (core strengthen) workout.
As for max bench… last time I tried was late February and it was 115. Pales in comparison to the guys, but decent for a chic. ;)
