    First run in a while..

I just got back from a mile run, my first in like 8 months. It was a 30-minute mile (I KNOW!!). But I feel good about it! I enjoyed it, especially listening to jodies on the iPod :D

wait, how can you run a mile at 30 minutes???? Your average speed would be 2 MPH. It doesn't make sense, because I knew kids in highschool that walked the mile fully in gym because they were "too cool" to be fit. They got it in under 25 minutes.

My first mile run in WELL over 3 years last weekend was 9 minutes, and BOY was i tired! hahaha

Well, it was a Jog and Run hybrid :D - Also I only timed half of the mile and based the whole miles off that.

Dang, you got a workout just THINKING about running? :p

I'm actually feeling good though... I'm also weight training so I'm sore from that.

Actually, what works better than that is a Richard Simmons tape, all it says over and over for 30 minutes is "I'm standing right behind you, and you need a hug."

I accidently had mine on repeat and ran for nearly 4 hours until I realized it!
